Te Kuri Farm Walkway

Well one of the trails that the dogs were not allowed to accompany me on was the Te Kuri Farm Walkway. This walkway was through the farmland to the north of Gisborne and had a lot of beautiful views and some pretty cute farm animals too. Good thing it wasn't the first walk in a cattle pasture for me :)

 

All of Poverty Bay

 

 

All the way to Young Nick's Head.

 

Little different than most of the walks since their were large parts just though pasture land not trees.

 

 

There were also views that showed the large timber areas that result in some of those logs being shipped out from Gisborne.

 

 

 

For some reason all I could think was Alice in Wonderland when I saw these huge mushrooms!

 

 

 

Not a bad spot to sit and watch the cows come in!
